Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination:

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
